All new hires will be placed into a 6 month intensive training program focused on full stack development (Java, Mobile, API, Cloud, Open Source, etc.) in addition to key competencies like leadership, problem solving, learning agility, and teamwork. There will be formal hands on training in addition to mini-internships and apprenticeships with lots of group projects, coaching, and mentoring along the way. At the conclusion of the 6 months of training, CODA Associates will be placed into a software, data, or cyber security engineer within our Technology Development Program where they’ll continue to have great development and networking opportunities.
